We have called several times during the past * weeks -NEVER getting a human person. "the wait time will be more than ** minutes". We have waited up to ** minutes, prior to hanging up. On May **, *****we were charged $**.** x * for phones that we never ever had in our possession. NO ONE in the Littleton office could get them activated, never could get our numbers transferred. After * weeks of return trips, we quit!! But you still charged us the $**.** x * and have never refunded our monies**These charges were on a cc ending in...****.*Its time to return our monies.*There is NO excuse for this type of business * service.
