i think **** i got cable*internet service with xfinity and later got mobile service. i nerve received the cell phone and they have been taking the money out my account.*i called xfinty mobile ***-***-****.They open a case several times. and i have not been able to resolve this. the last result was they could not help me any more.They told me phone came to fed ex and i signed. i nerve signed anything. i ask them to send or email the signed document.*one agent told me they have signature and another agent said they cannot find signature.I have been dealing with this quite sometime and they are still taking money out of my account.*I need my refund because i never received anything.they also check if phone was activated. They have nothing,please help me ***-***-**** this is my cell**
