I have had problems with my land line since around Christmas and have called several times to resolve the issue( company said they reset my phone, whatever that means) and the problem has only become worse. I can't call you because you can't hear me on my end but I can hear you. If it takes more that a minute to get to talk to you, You Can't Hear Me!!! So I get to try to call you over and over to get no place. I've done the live chat thing several times and still, after * months the situation is worse because I can't use the phone at all. However I am PAYING to use the phone. My husband is experiencing some serious health issues that requires phone calls to Drs etc and it is impossible to carry on like this. I see two options. Send someone out here to see why my phones don't work, or take the stupid land line off my account and reimburse me for the * months I haven't been able to use my phone. It's annoying and a waste of money that could be spent on the ridiculous Electric bills we're experiencing with the **% increase. My totally useless land line * is *** *** ****. Try calling it and you'll see what I mean. In just a moment or two you won't hear me but I can hear you. Then the cycle repeats because I'll try to call you back but YOU Can't Hear me. See my dilema??? Let's get it fixed, or take my land line off my account. This is just ridiculous to deal with this. I thought you guys were cutting edge technology. The phones were fine til some one fom Xfinity did some work in our area a few months ago and since then my phone is messed up.
