I am very upset with xfinity mobile , i was told that i could get a total of five mobile phones but i started with one and that was my note *. So I Waited for around the time for my daughter's Birthday to suprise her with the phone that she really wanted but to my surprise Xfinity is requiring a credit check on which this was not said that i would have had to get all five lines at the first purchase. I recently got another phone for my grandson and he is extremely happy. Could you please check into this matter and find out why your system is requiring your loyal customers to go through this, I really love to be able to get my three other devices.
