The item is defective according to amazon, and I can only get an refurbished replacement, You dont have a phone number to call, and now I have to wait even longer, this is not fair I bought a brand new one, and I should get a brand new one that WORKS, not a replacement through amazon of a refurbished one, I will never place another order again with your company for this experience unless you make this right, I deserve a phone call, **** *** ****., to speed this up,

A New replacement Fire Stick sent out. For the new defective one you sent me, not a refurbished one when I paid for a new one, and it never worked,
I have purchased every amazon product, and never had this happen
I was on the phone with AMAZON for over an hour trying everything on two tv’s they did problem shooting and said its the stick, and this is brand new, but they can not send me a new one cause I bought it from Woot,
I have an issue with Woot too
