A week abroad no suitcase and no response from wizzer

Help with my Wizz Air issue
The issue in GetHuman-tamidvr's own words
I was trying to receive my suitcase . Undersand what can I do meanwhile (expenses policy) ... We came on Tuesday, September ** flight **** from Tel Aviv. Our suitcase did not arrive. *The lost and found rep. at the airport told us to wait for the next two* Flights from the Tel Aviv (Thursday, Sep ** and Saturday Sep **) and that it may arrive later. Our file ref is VOW******. All our cloths and cosmetics were in the suitcase . The rep didn't know what to advise us with regards to what shoud we do meanwhile. We've sent you a mail * days ago- re. ****b*** and were advised you would contact us, but so far nobody did. Obviously we have out of pockets expensed and would like to know what is your policy. Please advise what should we do in order to enjoy the rest of our vacation and get refunded for our belonging
They could make it right by advising me while I'm here -what out of pocket expenses they will compansate me for while I'm here and need to purchase cloths and cosmetic for my meetings
This is my *th fligh with wizz during ****-**** and I expect at least additional * till the end of ****. I would expect diffrent approch
