Hi, I have paid for a premium plan for my website. I am paying a monthly $**.** mo for bookings, as well as $***.** yearly for my sight, with e-commerse, email, invoices, etc. My clients seem to get an error message when they try to purchase items in their shopping cart. I called PayPal and they said I'm good to go on their end and that the WIX end isn't connecting. When I tried to fix it your site wants me to upgrade to a Super Store. I am a small business offering art classes. Can you tell me how to get me PayPal button to connect for payment. I am set up with my bank account with routing number, etc. My domain is https:**www.sharonwillcutts.com*My phone number is ***-***-****, email is *****@***.com or *****@***.com
I need to chat with someone in person because I have an old PayPal address and that's the one I am hooked up to. I need it to be linked to my current webpage domain.
I purchase a yearly subscription to Wix. If this can't be resolved I will be cancelling my Wix account.
