Hello, I am Gigi Thompson. I made a purchase on Wish on April 29, [redacted], but I have not received my items yet. Initially, the expected arrival date was June 5th, then it changed to June 9th, and now it has changed again to June 24th. I am frustrated with the delays and uncertain delivery dates. At this point, I have lost confidence in receiving the items and would like a full refund for all the undelivered items. Thank you.

I realize there are delays in shipping, but I am concerned about items I ordered long before COVID-19 that have not arrived. My family and I have been loyal Wish customers for over four years, and this level of service is disappointing. It's frustrating that less expensive items seem to be missing, especially when I ordered multiples of the same item. I have not been able to reach anyone for assistance, and I just want to receive the items I purchased.

My name is Ester Viverette, and I reside at [redacted]-32 113th Avenue in Jamaica, NY. On June 3rd, I placed an order for a computer from Wish. Upon receiving a Tracking Number ([redacted]), I contacted DHL for updates, only to discover that the Tracking Number was incorrect. It led to a delivery in Albertson, NY, which is not my location, and the recipient was not me. I am eager to locate my computer, obtain the correct Tracking Number, and receive an estimated delivery date promptly.

I placed an order for an item with an expected delivery date of May 26th. However, the delivery date was first changed to June 9th and then to June 20th. Upon checking the shipper's website, I saw that the item is still in China despite multiple changes in the delivery dates. I am unable to contact the seller as the auto support feature keeps updating the delivery date without any progress in the shipment. The item I ordered is dental loops with 3.5 magnification. If the company continues to delay the delivery and cannot even ship the package out of China, I would like a refund so that I can purchase the item from a different vendor on Wish with more reliable service.

I recently checked my order history and noticed that several items I paid for are missing. I believe some of these items should have been delivered. I have spent a significant amount of money with your company. I have not received refunds for the missing items yet. I am concerned about the missing orders starting from April [redacted]. If I do not receive a satisfactory explanation and resolution, I will have to escalate this matter to my bank. I expect a prompt response regarding the status of all my orders using the card ending in [redacted]. I have ordered several items from your company since March this year, and to date, none of these items have arrived. I am frustrated with the tracking tool on your website as it has not been helpful. I have spent a significant amount on these items and feel let down by the lack of delivery. I am considering requesting a full refund for all the undelivered items. I have not yet received the item I ordered on March 13, [redacted]. The order number is 5e6c1efcb4f6d11d6a3a9162 for Refurbished Beats by Dr. Dre Solo3 Wireless Black On-Ear Headphones MP582LL/A (6 Colors) in black & red, quantity 1, from the store Hoteer. In short, Wish has marked the item as "Delivered" but I have not received it. Despite informing Wish several times from mid-May to early June that I had not yet received my order, they have not resolved the issue. I have been patiently waiting for my headphones, considering possible delays due to COVID-19. However, as of now, I am still without my order and growing impatient. I have several items in my cart that were paid for at the end of April and beginning of May that I have not received yet. The shipping date keeps getting delayed, causing me to worry about losing items due to them going out of stock. I am concerned because I ordered and paid for these items back in late April and early May. Additionally, I have not received the two shipping labels I was supposed to get with my order for potential returns. I purchased six bras that do not fit and need to return them for a different size or a refund. I tried to send them back promptly, but UPS would not take them during a pickup as they were lacking shipping labels that were not included in my original shipment. I hope to receive assistance from Wish to resolve these issues promptly.

Good morning, I placed an order on 27.04.[redacted] with reference number 5e586f61c849300f0deb45ba. I waited for a long time, possibly due to lockdown restrictions. After contacting you, I was instructed to wait. On May 16, [redacted], I was notified that a refund of €30.00 for two items was issued to my expired credit card. I have since updated my card details. I am concerned about the whereabouts of my refund, which may not have been credited due to the card number change. I suggest implementing proactive alerts on your website or providing a toll-free contact number for such situations. I previously attempted to seek assistance via Wish chat but found it unhelpful. I have been patiently waiting for my items for two months now. This morning, I checked the delivery date again, and it has been changed for the fifth time since I placed my order on April 24. I kindly request a refund to resolve this matter, and I will refrain from leaving a review. My items have been in the destination country for over a month already, and there seems to be a delay that is causing inconvenience. I have made numerous orders on Wish without any issues. Recently, I upgraded to a new phone with a new phone number and email address. When I logged into Wish on my new phone, it automatically changed my email and phone number. I have not received nearly $[redacted] worth of orders from the Wish app on my old phone yet. I am desperately trying to locate my missing items. My shipping address, name, and Mastercard details are the same on both phones. I am requesting that all my pending orders be sent to my current address. The items include dolls, a woodburning kit, an easel, paint brushes, a cake decorating kit, jewelry, and other items. I have reached out to customer support with no success. I am feeling extremely frustrated. Please help me locate all my missing items. Thank you. Diana G. More than three months ago, I placed two orders, but all I keep getting is changed delivery dates. I am frustrated that the items haven't arrived after such a long time, especially when one of them is now out of stock. I demand a refund promptly. It's disrespectful to claim an item is on its way when there seems to be no control over suppliers. I need my money back. The order numbers are as follows: Order #: 5e94d106fce8a1ab141fc380 placed on April 13, and the second one is Order #: 5e94e2cbf[redacted]b8ce548a from the same date. I am requesting copies of the canceled items from my order. I disagree with the explanation about refunds being issued due to delays in processing. I took snapshots of the information provided as evidence. I am seeking proof of all refunds processed. I am also asking for the name of the attorney representing your company. I have alerted the relevant authorities about these issues. I expect to receive the requested information in writing. I am not willing to communicate via phone calls. Your company's actions have led to these concerns, including changes in delivery dates. I intend to use the provided information as evidence. Thank you for your cooperation.

I have had a negative experience with Wish, as they have failed to deliver items despite claiming to issue refunds. My bank and the authorities have been notified. Wish has altered delivery dates to prevent refunds, contrary to their policy. I have evidence of their manipulation and plan to take legal action against them for canceling low-cost items I purchased. Despite their claims of refunding me, my bank has no record of it and my Wish account shows a balance of zero dollars. Wish has asked for repeated information instead of addressing the issue directly, involving multiple recent and previous purchases totaling 29 items. I am seeking resolution as they have taken both my money and failed to deliver the items purchased.

I purchased a phone for $10 in February, but in June after waiting, the product suddenly appears to be out of stock. The solutions provided, like offering phone covers and a screen protector instead of a replacement, were disappointing. I would appreciate a satisfactory resolution as attempting to contact you by phone, text, and email hasn't been successful. I might request a refund for all my items if this issue isn’t addressed promptly. Not receiving the item I paid for after waiting so long is frustrating. It seems like you are keeping the money without delivering what was promised. I expect better service, as I have had multiple experiences like this with your company.

I have paid very high shipping costs, which have exceeded the 15-day delivery period. I am requesting a refund on the shipping fees, not the products themselves. Despite making numerous purchases from China through Wish, I have already received my other orders. Given my history of purchases, I believe it would be fair to refund the shipping charges. I have noticed that the comments on the products all seem very similar, with different names attached to them, which raises my suspicions about the authenticity of the reviews. I am disappointed with this experience and feel the need to share my negative opinion about Wish. Therefore, I kindly request a refund on shipping costs and prompt delivery of the remaining items from my order.

I recently made a purchase of two items from the same company. While one item had full shipping information, the other only showed a "wish post generated" status. Eventually, I was informed that the second item couldn't be shipped and was refunded to the merchant. Despite numerous emails to Wish support, they keep prolonging the shipping date, claiming it's within the shipping timeline. The total value of the undelivered items is $75, and I'm concerned they might eventually claim it's out of their control. I have a total of 14 items on hold, including the ones placed on May 5, [redacted]. I would appreciate a refund for the order with number 5eb17e89580bc19f06db7442, and the other item still shows the same status since the initial purchase.

I have been trying to track my recent order, but I've encountered issues regarding the email I initially provided. The email, which was [redacted], seems to be considered invalid. As a result, I have not been able to track about 22 to 24 items that should have arrived by now.
