I only placed this order around * or so hours ago and I tried to sort it out on the app support thing but it was quite unhelpful and proceeded to do the exact opposite of what I asked. My problem is that I’ve recently moved address and forgot to change the shipping address, I know it’s my fault and I’m really sorry, but I tried to change it within the * hr window and I couldn’t find it ! So please please please can someone help me. I need the shipping address of ALL * items I ordered changed pleaseeee I’m begging. The app support thing decided to refund me the item in particular I chose to send a question about (bc apparently I could only choose one at a time) and it just refunded it ! And you guys can’t refund shipping prices so I’m not getting a full refund and I still want that product and I swear I tried everything within the time frame I looked up but nothing worked so please someone fix this. I just need my full order and a shipping address change. Please.
