The order was sent to the wrong address at [redacted] Tonklin Ave SW, Palm Bay, FL [redacted], while my correct billing address is P.O. Box [redacted], Palm Bay, FL [redacted]. The last four digits of the credit card used were [redacted]. I have a history of orders being shipped to my actual address on file with your company, which should be in your records. I immediately contacted customer support at [redacted] to report the fraudulent order and was informed that I would be contacted in 2 to 3 business days, but no one has reached out. I have already contacted my card company and filed a report with the local police regarding this incident. I would like a refund for the unauthorized purchase of a PlayStation and game. I accidentally added two items to my cart while browsing, a chandelier and bar stools. I want to remove them to proceed with my actual order. It's frustrating not being able to delete things easily. I've tried emailing and calling with no success. Hoping to resolve this through this message. If not, I may consider discontinuing using the Wish app due to this inconvenience. I have been trying to get my items delivered but have not had any luck. I ordered two 65-inch 4K LED smart TVs, one with a surround sound home theatre system, a 70-inch curved 4K LED smart TV, a Bluetooth speaker, a four-camera home security system, and a touch screen car stereo system with a backup camera from Wish.com. It has been over a month, and I have not received any of these items. I am frustrated with the lack of help and communication from Wish.com. I would like them to provide me with the exact tracking information for each of the electronic items I ordered and to keep me updated daily until they have all been delivered. If they cannot locate the items, I expect them to reorder and ensure I receive them promptly.

I ordered a black foldable hanging egg chair from two different sellers on Wish for $[redacted]. Both listings promised express 1-week shipping but I received a refund after a week. One seller's listing got taken down while the other still shows one less chair. I also tried to purchase the chair from Amazon but faced a similar situation with a refund and the listing being removed. The Amazon seller relies on fake reviews for their expensive products. The Chinese marketplace on Wish is my only option in the USA. I reached out to Wish expressing my dissatisfaction with the situation and my desire to purchase the chair as advertised. Despite verified purchase reviews on Amazon, the product is sold out. I suggested to Wish to verify the remaining sellers' inventory. I am frustrated with this cycle on Wish and missed out on the Amazon Basics chair. Shipping a chair back due to damage or wrong product would be too cumbersome and costly. The chair from Amazon is not fulfilled by Amazon. I hope to finally own my dream chair.

I have encountered errors when trying to add my payment method. The first one asks for my email address and a bank statement showing a recent purchase for verification. The second error directs me to a page to resolve my payment issue by submitting a bank statement with a purchase from Wish, even though I have not made any purchases yet. I have not yet received my order for a 65” TV. The expected delivery date was August 3, but due to a delay, it's now expected to arrive on August 13. I am still waiting for my order. When I try to track my order, I receive an error message. I have all the necessary documentation confirming my purchase and processing. I am hoping to receive my order by the end of August. I have faced similar issues with missing deliveries before. I am disappointed by the lack of customer service support from Wish. I am left with no option but to wait or request a refund. Despite these challenges, I appreciate the products on Wish and hope this issue can be resolved promptly.

I received a watch from Wish, but there seems to be confusion about its authenticity. I recently received a refund for other items, but I have a new card due to my previous one being stolen. I prefer the refund for the watches to be issued to my new card instead of Wish cash. Please update the payment method to my new card ending in [redacted]. I am Betty M. I bought a desk on July 10, [redacted]. FedEx delivered one package instead of two as expected due to the weight. Being 78 years old and weighing [redacted] pounds, a 95-pound desk is too heavy for me to manage alone. Despite numerous discussions with Wish, I have yet to receive the second package. I am requesting a refund for the undelivered item and for the shipping costs. The desk's instructions clearly state it should come in two packages. Since the missing part hasn't been sent, I also need a shipping label to return the incomplete item. As I paid through PayPal, they are involved now, and I have let them handle the resolution. I attempted to purchase an item, but when I clicked "buy" and waited to swipe to confirm, nothing happened. I tried buying several times, but I did not get to swipe to confirm the purchase. When I checked my credit card account, I saw that $[redacted].00 was deducted. Now, I have to wait 5 to 14 business days to get my money back. I need my money refunded today. As a police officer, I will escalate this issue to consumer affairs if I do not see the refund today. I can't wait for 5 to 14 days or even 3 days. The immediate deduction and delayed refund without any human representatives to contact is frustrating. I insist on getting my money back promptly. This experience is disappointing, and I am extremely upset about this situation.

In April [redacted], my life-partner, G., found comfort in your Scentsy animals during her final days. Due to a cognitive impairment, she accidentally ordered many Alma the Alpaca items from Wish.com in December [redacted]. Despite trying to cancel the duplicates, Wish.com's customer service was unhelpful. We ended up with multiple Alpacas and gave some away to family from January to March [redacted]. I believe Wish.com, which sells your products, is a scam because of the confusing ordering process and difficulty in canceling orders. They make it easy to order duplicates without confirmation and primarily advertise through Facebook, which I find intrusive. They only provide a phone number for contact, making it hard to find their email address for assistance.
