I am experiencing an issue with my order. I purchased two shell necklaces on May 26th, with the original delivery date set for June 24th. After multiple delays, the expected arrival date was pushed back to July 31st and then changed again to August 1st. It is now August 5th, and I have yet to receive my package. I placed an order for the Phantom 4 clone drone, but somehow an additional drone, the XY4, was included. I only intended to purchase the Phantom 4. I attempted to cancel the extra order by selecting "I ordered by mistake," but the cancellation was unsuccessful. Unfortunately, the Phantom 4 clone drone, the item I wanted, was the one that got canceled. Due to this frustrating experience, I won't be using Wish anymore. I prefer the straightforwardness of shopping on walmart.com, where I haven't encountered problems like this before. Wish lacks proper customer support to address issues promptly and accurately. In the end, this mishap actually saved me money, time, stress, and headaches. Wish creates an appealing image, but it fails to provide proper customer satisfaction, especially for new customers like me. So, I bid farewell to Wish.

I purchased three items from Wish, but they took over a month to arrive, and the delivery date kept getting delayed. Unfortunately, I never received the products. After requesting a refund on July 4th, I was told I'd receive it by July 18th, but as of today, August 9th, I have not received the refund. I am stuck in a loop of being promised the refund with no actual resolution. The automated system responds with the same message each time. I am unsure if this is a legitimate request or a potential scam, and I am reluctant to provide such sensitive information for security reasons. I find it concerning that my driver's license picture and credit card details have been submitted multiple times. I urge for genuine assistance rather than receiving automated responses requesting my banking information and documents. This experience makes me hesitant to continue shopping on Wish, especially considering my daughter has never encountered these questionable requests despite being a long-time customer.

I recently used Wish for the first time and placed an order for eight items. They deducted the money from my account. However, I have received four emails stating that they cannot fulfill my order currently and offering the option to buy the same items from a different seller at a higher price. Upon checking the website again, I noticed that the items I purchased at a lower price are still available. It is concerning that they are not removing these items if they are not selling them at the original price. This practice seems misleading and may give the impression of a scam. Furthermore, I have experienced prices increasing while items were in my cart. As someone who interacts with many people, I am considering warning others about my experience with Wish to prevent them from encountering similar issues on the platform.
