I recently discovered that my orders were sent to my old address by mistake. I tried contacting Wish customer service, but unfortunately did not receive the help I needed. I have spent a significant amount of money on my orders, including a large one for a flat-screen smart TV. I request that all my orders be sent to the correct address or that I be reimbursed with credit on my Wish account for the total amount spent on orders sent to the wrong address. I made efforts to inform Wish about the incorrect address, hoping for a resolution, but it was not addressed promptly. For certain items like the TV, my signature was allegedly forged upon delivery. I hold Wish accountable for these issues, and if they are not rectified, I will escalate the matter to my bank for further action to address the charges on my account due to non-receipt of the orders and lack of assistance from Wish customer service.

On November 26, [redacted], I mistakenly placed an order, thinking it was for a laptop, but it turned out not to be. The order number is 5bfcd21fde[redacted]2ae3fb8, and it was delivered on December 10th. I promptly emailed customer support requesting a return label be sent to my home address as I was unable to print one myself. Despite multiple attempts to communicate, they insisted I go through their customer support and did not provide the requested return label before the cancellation period elapsed. I reached out to them several times before the deadline, but unfortunately, they did not send the label to my home address. My recent phone call with them did not yield any progress.

Dear community,
I have not received my Wish deliveries since June [redacted]. Despite tracking the items, they were only delivered to my postal code and not to my home. I am still missing 9 items, including USB sticks, gloves with lights, a winter hat set, a teaspoon, a birthday candle, and a kids tool set. I recently placed more orders in July but have not received them either. I am worried about the status of my deliveries and have contacted Wish multiple times but have not received any responses. I will hold off on ordering more items until this issue is resolved. I appreciate any assistance in getting my purchases delivered to me as I enjoy shopping on Wish.

I have been a loyal customer for six months. Recently, 90% of my orders have arrived, but a few haven't. I'm having trouble reaching customer service and would like to resolve this. I ordered two products from Wish, expecting them to arrive yesterday. However, when I checked the app, it says the items are not available yet, and there is no QR code. The tracking information shows the products have arrived, but the app doesn't indicate which store they are at. This is frustrating as I can't even call the store to inquire. With a concert on Wednesday for which I planned to wear this jewelry, I am at a loss. I am unsure why the app states my items are not available when they have been nearby for over a week. It's disappointing not to be able to reach a real person for assistance.

I purchased a pack of four screen protectors and a ZZ IO phone case for my Motorola E5 Plus. I have been a loyal customer of The Wish app for a couple of years and noticed a delay in my recent order. Originally, I was informed that my package would arrive today, July 29, [redacted]. However, upon checking again, I discovered it may not come until August 5th or even September 4th. This discrepancy is frustrating, considering my past orders arrived promptly. I feel that waiting until September 4th, when I placed the order on July 12th, is unreasonable. I recently made purchases for wireless earphones and a cat condo climbing post that have not arrived. The delivery dates were changed multiple times, causing frustration as the products have not shown up even past the revised delivery dates. It is disappointing that there is no way to contact a person directly to address these issues. The information provided mentions that I will be refunded for the undelivered items within 14 days and can keep them if they do eventually arrive. However, the lack of communication and delays make it hard for me to trust the company. I experienced a disconnection and have trouble reconnecting to the live chat. I prefer not to repeat myself further. Please refer to our previous chats to understand the ongoing issue. Despite my multiple requests for cancellation, items were sent (some even duplicated) without my consent, leading to frustration. Rather than paying for phone support, I insist that all items in my cart be sent without additional charges and all fees refunded promptly. I have documented all my cancellation requests. I made a purchase today using my debit card. The card has an old email attached that I don't have access to anymore. I tried to update it with my new email, which has my real name, but it says there is already an account with that email. I have all my identification documents with my real name, but the confirmation number was sent to the old email. I contacted Google for help, but they couldn't assist me. On August 1st, [redacted], I was browsing wish.com for dresses and wanted to use a coupon for up to 50% off. Unfortunately, I mistakenly placed an order due to a wrong button click. I immediately tried to cancel the order within the 8-hour window as per the instructions provided. Despite multiple attempts within 5 to 7 times, the app did not allow me to cancel. Instead, I received emails confirming the order processing and shipment.
This morning, when I tried to cancel the order again, the app stated it was too late as the order had already shipped. Since the delivery is scheduled for September, I believe there should be a way to halt the delivery and refund my payment. The current system to cancel orders needs improvement as it led to confusion and the inability to make changes promptly. This situation raises concerns about false advertising if orders cannot be modified in time.

Decepcionado con la falta de transparencia en la plataforma de compras Wish. Realicé compras a precios excelentes, solo para luego recibir un mensaje de reembolso supuestamente porque el vendedor no disponía de los artículos. Contrariamente, al revisar la página del vendedor, los productos estaban disponibles a un precio más alto. Esta situación ocurrió con dos artículos de diferentes tiendas, con la misma excusa de falta de stock, a pesar de que sí están disponibles, pero a un precio mayor. Los artículos fueron anunciados a un precio bajo que no fue respetado. Estoy molesto y espero que Wish resuelva esta situación honrando el precio al que compré o me compense por la decepción.

My son and I were excited to find fun activities to do together. We ordered a few items, and he was delighted to spot a drone and a laser on your site. We made a purchase, thinking it was a time-sensitive deal. However, after days of waiting and seeing other items being processed, only to find out that the drone and laser were canceled due to the seller not having them in stock. My son is disappointed as he still sees the items being sold by the same seller. It's disheartening to see such dishonesty over a few bucks, especially when it involves children.

I bought a red USB rechargeable headlamp for $4 from the seller. Shortly after purchase, the seller claimed the item was out of stock and refunded me. Later, the seller increased the price to over $35 and suggested I buy it again. This appears to be a scam, as there was no actual stock shortage. I believe I should still receive the product since this feels like unfair behavior.
I agree to have the $4 charged again for the item, as I still wish to purchase it.

I recently placed an order for a hard drive which was confirmed and paid for with an expected delivery between August 6-8. However, when I checked my account today, August 3, I was surprised to see that my order had been canceled. I did not initiate this cancellation and I am disappointed that I could not get clarifications on Wish platform. The item I ordered was the Newest 500GB/1TB/2TB 2.5-inch Ultra Thin USB 3.0 Portable External Hard Drive from the store Almencla. The order was refunded on August 2 without my approval. I am concerned about this issue as the same item is still available for purchase at $34.00. I would appreciate receiving the item I purchased and paid for as advertised.

I am having multiple issues with my orders that the support bot hasn't been able to resolve. The first problem is with order number 5d1d2c9039fd4b76c3c56d33, which was supposed to arrive on 24.07.19 then on 31.07.19 but has not arrived yet. I tried to cancel this order to get a refund, but the bot claims it's still processing and that I've already attempted to cancel it, which I haven't.
The second problem is with order number 5d1d2c9039fd4b76c3c56d33, which is also delayed (was due on 03.08.19) and doesn't seem to have left China. I want to cancel this order for a refund to buy from a more reliable seller, but the bot is not allowing me to do so. I have other late items in transit too. I would like to get a full refund before considering taking my business elsewhere. I am open to receiving the refund in wishcash.

It is frustrating that my card was charged for an item that is not available, and the promised refund has not been processed within a reasonable time frame.
