Just to let you know I'm amazed how many people were afraid to make a fuss over there wish problems you took a few people to get people to get some nerve about them and either call you or are you calling me but a lot of people have just quit ordering from them because of the fact that and again it's just it's really two things it's no phone and no customer service it just seems so simple like if they were just correct these two things they you know have a lot less problems okay I'm still having them there into my phone because there's no way they could be stopping me from emailing something if they're not into my phone and now they have attached something to my Google account where they're controlling my texts and emails these people have a lot more power than I think we could ever imagine as far as doing whatever they want tour de customer I have never dealt with anything like this I've been in management all my life and we'd have been fired for acts of things like this doesn't seem to be getting any better I've been fighting this fight for a while I did have one letter I have to say I have to tell his name from a gentleman his name was Arnold very nice letter but there's no email address to get back to him so I really appreciated the letter and I wanted to put a shout out to him instead of always bad if you nice to have a positive and it was but that's really been the first one that has not question me on anyting accuse me of anything so just to keep you up-to-date we're trying and you're trying and I have had people have very nice things to say about you gethuman was really not known out there
