Hi my name is Anna Smith I have been recently trying to access refunds on my wish account. For some reason it says my account has been flagged for excessive refunds. I don't know where that is coming from because I only have asked for to refund out of all the packages I've ordered. I'm trying to find a way to get my account back in good standing that way I can get my refund that I rightfully deserve if I did not receive a package to the standard that it was promised or received it at all. because my account isn't in good standing I can't even access customer support on the app where everybody says contact wish here I have tried multiple times to contact support through the wish app and every single time is just says that my account is not in good standing. this is really starting to frustrate me and I'm about ready to cancel all my wish accounts and trust me I have a few. this is absolute bull **** and I am fed up with wish after I get these last few refunds of the packages that I ordered that I did not receive or we're not in the best standard that they should have been I will never use wish again and I am dead serious so y'all better contact me back that way I can delete this app and never look back.
