Hello my name is Jose so here we begin I just joined Wish around a week ago. I had ordered four items for Christmas gifts the next morning I checked my email to learn the orders had been refunded due to account error. I got online and cleard things up with my bank and contacted wish customer support the agent told me my items had been refunded and I should be good to log in go to my order history and re purchase items in which I began doing after the first item was re purchased i checked my bank and seen I had been charged again so i waited untilthe funds were put back into my bank account and then proceeded re ordering the remaining items plus several more over the nex couple day. I got online yesterday to check statis of my orders and one of my items that had already been refunded once and then re purchased had been refunded again for the second time. in the detailed description it says item did not fit well i didnt even recive the item yet let alone ask for a refund on it because it didn't fit. The item that has been refunded for the second time now was ordered on the *th or *th of Dec **** it made it through processing and had been marked shipped for almost three days but hadn't been delivered yet. can you please help me on this matter. I really dont want to have a disappointed child on Christmas morning. Thank you so much for your time and effort. *Jose R.
