I received another order for some defective luggage from Wish and would like to return them. When I go to the Wish Customer Support, I'm be told that my account is being flagged for excessive refunds. **I'm sorry but if you were sending me the actual item on your website instead of some knockoff I wouldn't be asking to return the items.**Furthermore, the original order was placed by accident so when I tried canceling it, I was only given the option of a store credit instead of a full refund so I was forced to make a purchase knowing full well it maybe a subpar product so I said a prayer and took a chance.**Once received them I knew my prayer hadn't been answered and would like to return them for a Full refund. **Another thing, please provide live customer service agents as I prefer this to be taken care of by a real person not a computer answering program!
