Get my money back. ... I placed an order that was to arrive in July. Every time I checked it the support text said would you like to wait longer, I said yes. I was very much looking forward to my dress I ordered. So every time I log in it asks the same question. Today I finally gave up and wanted a refund. It said I was too late and could get wish bucks. First of all the other * products I purchased were horrible but I kept them, I probably will throw them away, I cant wear them. No where when I kept saying I will wait did it say if you wait too long you wont be refunded. It's not alot of money but it's the principal. I am customer service manager of a large chain store and I am terribly disappointed not only with your products but the way this was handled.
