The issue in GetHuman-tntandmj's own words
I placed an order and it never arrived. Every time I checked on the order I was advised to wait and if it hadn't arrived by ******* I could get a full refund. Well here it is *******. Package NEVER came and when I ask for a refund I'm told it's out of the time period they can issue a refund and do I want "wish cash"? Well... I did exactly what I was advised. I want my money including shipping. Not a credit. My order was probably never shipped to begin with. It shouldn't be so difficult to get help with an order. What happened to actually helping a customer? If you aren't willing to refund after a certain time period don't advice someone to wait till after said period for a refund. Please respond to this. Please refund my money.
