Our phone service has been out for two days, and no one has picked up the trouble ticket yet (*********). I can't get access to anyone in the United States (India only). This is seriously ticking me off!!! I want someone to call me about this today from somewhere in the United States that can help me by getting someone out to our business and fixing our telephone service. You will need to contact me on my cell (***) ***-****, as we OBVIOUSLY have no working telephones. This outage is seriously critical, as the phone lines carry the alarm signals for our security system. Completely UNACCEPTABLE!!!**Your Customer Service is horrible...
