In November of **** we were told our * month old *kitchen aid refrigerator would need to be replaced. The store we purchased it from was not a lot of help but finally gave us a phone number for Whrilpool warranty’s. After being on the phone several days for hours we finally got through and we’re given a claim number with a replacement supposedly being sent within * weeks. Never heard back from... ... we want to know the status of our warranty claim for our Kitchen Aid refrigerator*claim * **********

Especially frustrating trying to get in contact with Whirlpool by phone. Plan on waiting hours. They do not apparently have a web sight set up for warranty questions. When you do get through on there phone you are switched over to music with no information on how long the wait will be or any other information. *Note: just put your phone on speaker phone and go about your business until someone finally answers

We finally have I resolved.

Long time Whrilpool customer. Expected way better warranty service
