I have been on hold OVER AND HOUR after being transferred to the supposed Exchange Team to look into the status of my replacement stove. I bought a brand new gas range which I received in August and have not been able to use the oven because it has been deemed NON REPARABLE. My claim number is ********** which was filed by the Safety Team. They told me Oct ** it would be *-* weeks to receive replacement. Called for an update today and now it they said it could be **-** days! Please have someone call me to straighten this out. I am VERY unhappy with Whirlpool's customer serve. Everytime I call have to wait on hold at least **-** min. Today after talking to the Safety Team rep he transferred me to the exchange team and I was on hold Over an Hour til I finally gave up and hung up. The holidays are coming and I STILL do not have an oven that works. I have Whirlpool appliances at two homes and I am a repeat customer. Thank you Susan Cawley
