Help, please, with these * problems!**. Our * months old WRS***SDHZ refrigerator (Ser * HR********) is freezing milk and other items on the top shelf. This happens regardless of the setting for fresh food--one bar or all five. (And the instruction manual does not clearly state whether more bars means colder (it's working harder) or warmer (more bars mean a higher temperature, like a thermometer). In either case, the unit is not working properly.***. In addition to the usual refrigerator humming and fan sounds, there is also a very irritating buzzing noise. It is sometimes very loud when the motor starts up, growing softer after half a minute or so. But the buzzing sound often continues on for long periods, at a softer but still annoying level, getting slightly louder or softer from time to time. When our home is otherwise quiet, that sound makes it unpleasant to sit at the kitchen table nearby.**Please advise whether you wish to service the unit* or to replace it, either with the same model or with a different one that must have the same exterior dimensions* or if there are any other options available to us.
