I need help I received a message from a number I thought belonged to my friend who is planning a wedding. The message mentioned a code sent by accident, and I was asked to send it. I screenshot it, thinking it was wedding-related. However, it turned out to be individuals from Pakistan calling from Istanbul. They mentioned their number was different, and now I fear for my personal information being hacked or stolen.

I recently attempted to send out Christmas wishes to my contact list when I received a notification that my phone number has been banned. I am unsure why this action was taken as I have not sent any inappropriate content. I kindly request assistance to resolve this issue promptly and have my number unbanned. A few days ago, I noticed multiple missed calls on my phone, which surprised me. Upon calling back, the unidentified caller began using vulgar language and did not listen to me, leading me to disconnect the call. More calls followed, but I chose not to answer. My son dialed another unknown number and faced similar verbal abuse. We suspect my phone number may have been compromised. Despite not sharing my phone with anyone, messages were sent without my knowledge. Later, I received a notification that my WhatsApp account was suspended for violating their terms, leaving me perplexed. After providing details to the WhatsApp team, I was informed about the violation and the ban was upheld. Despite explaining my innocence, no further response was received, and I am struggling without access to WhatsApp. I would greatly appreciate any assistance in getting my account unbanned. Thank you. Almost a year ago, after a software update, I have been unable to use the WhatsApp phone service. It continuously prompts for a password that it does not accept. I've struggled to change the password and have given up on the service. Reinstalling the app has been unsuccessful. I am looking for advice on how to resolve this issue. My WhatsApp account was hacked. A friend texted asking for a pin which seemed suspicious. When I tried to reach out, there was no response. I sent them the code anyway. The next day, my WhatsApp was inaccessible. WhatsApp support said I can't have two numbers linked. My account has been changed to a business account. Please assist, I'm unsure of what steps to take. Hello, yesterday I received a call from someone claiming to be from Du regarding the renewal of my phone number. They asked for an OTP, which I provided. Later, I realized the OTP was related to a WhatsApp Business code, but I am not using WhatsApp Business. I'm concerned someone might be using my number for the WhatsApp Business app.

Hello WhatsApp Team, Yesterday, I experienced a conflict on WhatsApp. I was using the app downloaded from the Play Store and had a group with my friends and family. Unfortunately, some individuals who hold a grudge against me due to my father's passing attempted to harm me. Despite trusting one of them, I made him an admin in the group. However, while I was offline, he removed all members and admins, changed the group name to something inappropriate, and posted a banned photo, leading to my ban. I am innocent and request to have my number unbanned. I assure you that I have no intentions of violating WhatsApp guidelines. Yesterday, I received a WhatsApp message from someone I believed to be my niece asking for a code that she accidentally sent to me. I provided the code, only to later discover it was a scam. Now I am unable to access my WhatsApp; I keep getting a message saying I've tried to verify too many times (which I haven't). My contacts have informed me that they are receiving messages from me on WhatsApp requesting a code. I want to clarify that these messages are not from me. I need assistance with this issue. My account was hacked today. Someone texted me using a family account and asked for a verification code that was sent to my phone. Thinking it was from my cousin's account, I shared the code. Now, my account is being used by someone to ask my contacts for money. I am also being asked for money because my personal information in chats has been compromised.

I changed from an iPhone to an Android phone and faced some issues while transferring my WhatsApp account. After several attempts to receive the security code, my number (+39 [redacted]) got blocked on WhatsApp. Currently, I'm using a temporary number on the app, but I need to recover access to my original number as well.

I recently encountered a fraudster on WhatsApp, using a phone number [redacted]. Their name is pretending to be twins of Adidas. The scammer, who claims to be a widower living in Syracuse, NY, messaged me asking for money after mentioning a house in Ottawa, Canada. The individual stated they were in Brazil for a design project evaluation. When questioned about messaging instead of calling, they explained being busy. Their calls, usually at night, did not sound American. Being cautious, I noticed these inconsistencies in their story.

Good evening, I just bought a new phone, an iPhone 12 mini. I transferred all my data from my Android Huawei phone, but my WhatsApp conversations didn't transfer to my iPhone. I downloaded Google Drive on my iPhone and logged in with my old account, but I can't find the "Backups" section. When I open WhatsApp, it asks me to restore from iCloud instead of Google Drive, but I've never backed up to iCloud. Do you happen to know how I can get all my chats back?
