After decades of enjoying Wendys, I'm sorry to say that service has declined to the point that I will no longer visit a Wendys restaurant. My complaint applies to the three Wendys I commonly visited. The two in West Springfield MA and the one on Allen Street in Springfield MA. My complaint is none of these stores will take your order until they are prepared to act upon it. I realize, this makes delivery times look prompt, but it does not take into account the five or more minutes it may take for the order taker to actually take your order. **As an example, I walked out of the Allen St. Springfield MA store last week after waiting for * minutes for someone to take my order. This was in spite of the fact that I was first in line when I walked in.**It seems very obvious to me that individual store managers are gaming your system to look like they are providing adequate service. This was not a one time event, but commonplace.
GetHuman-jacktozz did not yet indicate what Wendy's should do to make this right.
