I have made several complaints about my different times I have went to several Wendy's. Only one time have I received an email back. The other times I have been completely ignored. What a great company and a way for an independent owner to represent your company. Since I don't get a response back. I will make sure when I have an issue with your company. I will fill a complaint with my bank and let them know I sent an email to your company and never recieved an email back. Then I will ask them for a refund on my purchased from Wendy's. Why because everytime I order from there no one knows how to make my correct order. And I can never go back because I am on a lunch break. Plus I am always at the drive thru and the drive thru person always tells me not wait to look at my order because they are other people waiting to get there food. Great customer service. The last time I went to north Olmsted, oh and ordered a single combo meal which is over $*. That single combo has no cheese and came with cheese off. Then I order a salad which the lettuce what soggy and brown. So I had to throw away my burger and salad. So I wasted over $* for that meal. And Wendy's is not cheap. I have made several complaints over Facebook and no response. What a great company. I'm ****% sure I won't a get response back. I will let my bank know when I order from Wendy's to file a dispute because there won't be response back from your company. Thanks for not responding back for several years. And continuing to hire idoits who can't hear or refuse to do their job right. Great job on hiring those IDIOTS!!!!! If you do have to respond back to my email can I get this email sent back to me. So i know that it was recieved and not just thrown away. **Thanks
