Get the additional code I need to access my online account. ... I am away from home for a month. I tried to access my account online and I now need an additional code (is this new?) besides my password. You only have my home phone number. I tried to have the code called in there but need to be THERE to press pound to get the code. I’ve tried to do this through your phone tree to no avail. This is becoming very frustrating and I would like to talk with a LIVE human being. I have been a customer of this bank for ** years and do not appreciate the poor customer service so far on this issue. Please help!
