OK, *st my * mo membership was up Nov **th. I know ignorance is no excuse, but I honestly thought, all my WW electronic benefits would just be discontinued off my phone. I haven't ever cancelled a membership,myself but have called in & renewed it through WW on the phone. So then I thought I had to cancel the e-tools, so I called in at *am on the **th & tried at *am, but ofc not open then.*OK. when I called in at * the rep asked me why I wanted to cancel & I told her I had been in the hospital & that I was going not keeping up with the program so well at that time because of my illness & told her I was going to join up again in Jan ****. She said since you have been such a good WW member I am going to give you * months free starting in December and ending Feb **th.*I thought how nice that was if WW to do that. I thanked her & was si happy when I hung up with het.*Later I looked on my credit card bill & saw where I had been billed $**.**. I called back & this guy rep told me that charge went on my card at *:** am & that there was nothing he could do about it. Then he got a little nasty & said he could cancel the membership, but he would take away the free months. I was wondering why he said at first he couldn't, but then kinda threatened me that he could, but was taking the free months away with it. I was originally told that I was being given those * months by the first rep I talked to & no extra charge for anything else at all.*The reason I am upset is that I was told one I was getting three months & then incurred a $**.** charge. I know now there is a legal clause about this. This is kind of an unusual situation. I was told one thing which I believed, but then was charged without my knowledge.*I had been in the hospital with a bowel obstruction & that was why I was going to rejoin in Jan.*I was hoping that you could remove that $**.** charge back because of this wierd mix up.*I would so appreciate it.*Thank you for your time.*Sincerely,*Paulette Molnar****-***-**********@***.com
