I have two starter plan pages on Weebly, and I needed to extend both the plan and domain name. I faced issues with my bank blocking the payment due to a different currency. After resolving it today, the payment went through for both the domain (extended for 5 years) and the plan (extended for 2 years). The problem is, my Weebly account only reflects the plan extension payment, not the domain. Despite confirming the payment in my bank account, the domain status shows it may expire soon. I'm concerned about losing the domain or paying twice. Can you check why the payment for the domain extension isn't recorded yet, ensuring I don't lose the domain inadvertently?

I would like to unsubscribe from my Weebly account named Mindbodyenergyflow. Another person created it, and I tried to log in using the password I thought they used but it doesn't work. I've also attempted to reset the password, but I didn't receive the reset email. I requested help three weeks ago but haven't heard back. I'm being charged for an account I haven't used in a year and want to cancel it. My email has changed since I set up the Weebly account. The account should be under Julia Miller, and I believed the password was Bellaromance, which is not correct. The old email associated with the account was [redacted]

I recently discovered a charge of $[redacted] on my card that I did not authorize. This is a case of Internet Fraud. I kindly request for the charge to be reversed promptly, otherwise, I will be left with no choice but to report this matter to the Department of Justice. I have been experiencing ongoing issues with this company and have found their service to be unsatisfactory. Despite my attempts to resolve the unauthorized charge with square weebly, the matter remains unresolved. Due to this, I have proceeded with filing a formal complaint as promised. My report includes not only my case but also those of over [redacted] other victims who have encountered similar unauthorized charges.

I noticed an unauthorized charge on my TD Bank account. This is the fourth attempt to reach out to you regarding this issue. If there is no response by May 4th, I will escalate this matter to the Department of Justice for internet fraud against Square Weebly. Failing to reverse the charges will result in a formal complaint. Please be aware of the potential repercussions. Thank you.

I'm having trouble accessing my old Weebly account where a website existed. I can no longer log in and phone support has not been helpful. I was prompted to create a Square account but did not complete the process, leaving me stuck in the system. I now need access to edit a Weebly site someone else made for me, but I am completely locked out. Hello, I am Sara A. and I recently launched my small business website through Square. I use Square to manage my inventory during market season, so I was thrilled to extend my reach online. My customers were excited too as many prefer to shop online nowadays. However, a few days after launching the site, it suddenly started showing a privacy error when I entered the domain. I was a Weebly customer but faced issues with my account after paying for a year of service in July [redacted]. Despite requesting to cancel my account and moving my Domain to Wix, Weebly did not refund my money. Recently, I noticed Weebly charged my credit card for another year of service starting 7/16/[redacted], even though I cannot log in to cancel. Their customer service line prompts for an 8-digit pin which is only provided through their website. As I do not have this pin, I am unable to cancel. I want to emphasize that I do not wish to use their service, and I am seeking a refund of $[redacted].00 charged on 7/16/21. My online store has been successfully hosted with Wix for nearly a year, and I am eager to retrieve my funds from Weebly.

I urgently need assistance. I operate a small business, Corvette Stop, in Shingle Springs, California, and it seems that you are in charge of our long-standing website, www.corvettestop.com. Apparently, customers are encountering an error code on the site, preventing them from viewing our services and causing me to lose income. After trying for weeks to troubleshoot the issue, a local company discovered that your company has been hosting our website for over 12 years. I wasn't aware of this as my former store manager handled all office paperwork before the virus outbreak and likely set up the website with you. I have been attempting to contact you via phone and email for days with little success. It has been frustrating as reaching a human representative seems almost impossible. I have been using the free Weebly web development editor and template to design my website, and I have been satisfied with the outcome. I am extremely disappointed by this service. I feel frustrated that the password recovery process does not work, and it takes a week to receive a response that does not even address my issue. Despite my numerous emails trying to recover my password, the company continues to charge my card. I simply want to cancel my account so I can use a website with functional customer service. I have put significant effort into contacting someone for help with no success, and I am considering sharing my experience with others to warn them about the lack of service provided.

I am Ginny Kraus, the Record Clerk for Friends Of Middleborough Cemeteries Inc. Our organization’s Officers and Board of Directors information is on file with the Massachusetts Secretary of State. I'm reaching out because the domain account friendsofmiddleboroughcemeteries.org with Weebly expires on Sept 8, [redacted]. The current owner, Charles Mangio, is no longer in a leadership role or active since May [redacted]. We've asked him to transfer the account, but he has refused. I have inquiries about this account: What happens if the bill isn't paid by Sept 8, [redacted]? The credit card on file is no longer valid. The correct billing address is P O Box [redacted], Middleborough, MA [redacted]. If the Domain name is canceled, when can we reclaim it? Does the owner have to be a specific person or can it be a title within the organization? I contacted Weebly in [redacted] but was directed to get a court order, which we couldn't afford as a Non-Profit organization. I am the president of the non-profit organizations Interfaith Outreach of Carmel and Joining Hands Benefit Shop. A few years ago, a former member of our Board of Directors set up our Weebly website using her personal email address. Unfortunately, she left the board earlier this year in less than favorable circumstances. It seems that she changed the account information, and now we are locked out of our Weebly account. Even though we know the password, we can't access it because it's linked to her personal email address. How can we update the email associated with our ifaithcarmel.org and joininghandsbenefitshop.org accounts? I'm including my personal email address below for now, but once we regain access, we plan to switch it to the non-profit email address. Thank you.

Our website is currently down. The Finance Chair from The Grove Community Playmakers passed away in March [redacted], leaving no account information. She mentioned that we were paid for 2 years in advance, but I can't locate any related documents. Our webmaster is still Stan Starts, and I prefer not to change any details without confirmation. I have been trying to reach a representative for the third time but was prompted to enter a pin number I don't have when calling the [redacted] number. I am the Artistic Director of the Grove Community Playmakers in Grove, OK, where our Weebly website is showing as "expired." Following the passing of our financial officer, Linda DuBois, in March [redacted], I am unable to locate any information regarding our website payments. Stan Starts, our web master, also cannot access the website. Please contact me at [redacted] to help resolve this matter. I was not aware that Weebly is associated with Square and may have unintentionally deleted important emails from Square regarding our account. Recently, I've encountered an issue embedding YouTube videos on my Weebly site (linguae.weebly.com). Since September 25th, whenever I add the YouTube element to a page, I only see a `This video is unavailable' message on a black screen. Even though the URL window pops up, when I try to insert the URL and play the video, I receive an error message: `An error occurred. Please try again later. (Playback ID: E7UcyFXG0rsPA_YH)'. Clicking on `learn more' redirects me to a YouTube support page with suggestions that are too complex for me to implement. It's puzzling because I've never had an issue before with embedding or viewing YouTube videos on my site or directly on YouTube.

Dear Weebly, I am a senior citizen over 90 years old struggling to log in to my website, mogendans.com, hosted by your platform for over 20 years. Despite my limited English skills, I have managed with the help of Google Translate into Swedish. However, I am encountering difficulty accessing my page for editing. Despite multiple login attempts, I keep getting redirected to a page prompting me to open a new domain. I have reached out to various departments within your company but was directed to help.weebly.com, where I did not find the assistance I needed. I require guidance on how to log in and edit my webpage. Additionally, I need help setting up payment for another domain I own, mogendans.se, which has been inactive for years. I recently upgraded my website to a domain I've owned since [redacted]. Upon checking my Weebly account, I discovered that my domain was no longer listed there. I found out that my domain is now registered with publicdomainregistry.com. Weebly informed me that my domain is locked and needs to be unlocked before transfer. I am unsure how to proceed with unlocking it. I visited publicdomainregistry.com but couldn't find any guidance on the next steps. I'm feeling quite frustrated and would appreciate some assistance.

I encountered a problem when I noticed I was charged twice for renewing my domain. Later on, I received an email stating my site was "Unpublished," which indeed turned out to be the case. Despite being charged for the renewal automatically, the site was taken down. When I phoned the [redacted] customer service number, they informed me that I needed a pin to connect with a representative. I attempted to reset my password through the Weebly website using the "forgot password" option, but I haven't received the reset link via email yet. I urgently need to speak with someone, but I'm at a loss as the website has not sent me the password reset link.
