I have been unable to access my website despite emailing about it three times. The website in question is christinahulen.weebly.com. I am uncertain about the email and password used for access. Initially, I thought it was [redacted] However, when using this email, I can only access a secondary website in German, which does not display my completed website. I cannot recall which email was used to open the account. Currently, my valid email is [redacted] If the completed website was created using the login email [redacted], I am unable to retrieve a new password as that email is no longer active. I seek assistance from an individual as this is my third attempt to resolve this matter.

Hello, a few months back, we signed up with Weebly and established a website for our business, Wild Brothers Productions. We used the email [redacted] to log in. We recently made efforts to terminate our Weebly account and corresponded with a number of your representatives through phone and email. Weebly assured us that our account was canceled; however, on December 6, we were unexpectedly billed $[redacted]. I am experiencing a DNS issue with my website, www.beinquantum.me, which was built on Weebly. Originally hosted in Australia with Netorigin, I have since moved to Germany. I transferred the DNS to Namecheap and pointed the domain to Weebly's IP address. Despite being told it would take only 30 minutes, it has been almost 2 hours and my site is still down. Weebly lacks technical support, and I find the forum discussions challenging to follow as a tech newbie. Emailing Weebly support has yielded no response in over a week. I'm experiencing the ongoing issue of being unable to log in to my Weebly website multiple times without any apparent cause. Despite entering the correct email address that I usually use, I am locked out of my account for days, if not weeks at a time. Currently, I'm on the fifth day of not being able to access my website. After a period of waiting, sometimes unexpectedly, I regain access. Unfortunately, the inability to log in also prevents me from contacting Weebly for support. This situation is hindering my business operations, and if the problem persists, I might need to create a new website, which is frustrating as I've invested a significant amount of time and effort into my current one. I'm using a MacBook Pro that is less than a year old, running on Firefox with all updates installed. This issue is isolated to my Weebly site and does not occur with other platforms I use, such as Wordpress.com for another business website.

My website (www.tonnybeckercoaching.nl) has been offline for over a month now. I have made all necessary payments and reported this issue multiple times. After reaching out, I received a response from Sami at Square asking for specific account details to resolve the problem. I provided the requested information and followed up with several emails, but have yet to receive a response. I urgently need assistance as my site being down is affecting my ability to reach customers. I am also requesting a refund for January [redacted] as I have not received any services during this time. In [redacted], I created a website for a client using Weebly. We haven't accessed the site since then. My client now wants to update the site, but she doesn't have her login information. I removed any records I had for security reasons. I submitted a form to Weebly Support twice using her contact information. Her email address is linked to the domain of the website. She hasn't received a response from Weebly in over a week. I tried calling the Weebly helpline but couldn't get a pin number without logging into her site. We need to confirm the email address associated with her Weebly account so we can reset her password and update the website. Any assistance would be appreciated.

We have noticed that our Weebly website is not displaying properly on mobile devices. Previously, it was working fine; however, now it breaks a table into two screens, causing inconvenience. We recently discovered this issue and have been struggling to reach customer support since Square acquired Weebly. Unfortunately, Square's customer service has always been subpar in my past encounters. We are seeking assistance from Weebly to resolve this problem with the mobile view of our website.

I have been a customer of yours for a long time. I rarely use my interior design site and never need help. I hope you might help resolve my phone access. It is very helpful for potential customers to see my work. I have always had the problem of not being able to access my full site from my Android phone. It has come up from time to time when I wanted to show some clients pages via my phone. I usually use Edge, but I have Google Chrome. How do I notify Google or maybe other browsers to include my site? Or perhaps this cannot be done via my phone. Does it need to be some sort of "mobile" classification? At robersonmill.com, a [redacted](3)(c) tax-exempt organization in Floyd County, Virginia, we are dedicated to restoring an old historic water mill. Our website, powered by Weebly, has unfortunately faced challenges as the board of directors cannot access or manage it. A former member who set it up now blocks others and hasn't maintained it for nearly 2 years, causing concern about its current status. As our funding relies on grants and donations, having control of our website is crucial for directing support to the right place. I need assistance with 2 problems. 1. Due to being visually impaired with a vestibular disorder, I struggle to navigate online. When I attempted to call, it requested a 10-digit pin which I do not possess. The issue is a charge of $29.95 through Square that I did not intend to authorize. I only wanted to access my website anjelgirlgifts.com, created on Weebly. However, I encountered an older site under "Creations by Janel" and couldn't find a way to reach AGG. A prompt regarding Square appeared, leading me to believe it was necessary. I solely want the AGG site, not Square services or the old creations site. Can you please provide a number to reach a live agent or specific instructions to fix these issues? Thank you!

I am writing on behalf of Cas Kuncewicz (username: [redacted]), regarding the Weebly website ld29gop.weebly.com which is currently under the ownership of Linda R Migliore, the Chairman of Legislative District 29. Initially, Frank Rizzo (username: [redacted]) set up the website, but it was recently upgraded to Pro on 1/5/[redacted]. I have been collaborating with Frank on this website for the past few months, and we are attempting to update the primary contact information from Frank to myself. Both Frank and I have Weebly accounts. Contacting Weebly/Square customer support by phone has proven difficult, so I am reaching out through this forum to ensure that I am designated as the primary contact for Weebly Tech Support going forward.

I have paid Weebly for both my old website, www.seandalyauthor.com, and a new website for my wife, Carmen. However, the two websites are mixed up, and I need help urgently. I tried republishing my site to the free Weebly domain, but it didn't work, and now my website is inaccessible. I still hope to make my website accessible again on the free domain. I have been struggling for weeks to receive assistance via email from Weebly. Every time, it takes a week for their response, and I have been in touch with different individuals who have offered no help. I am unable to set up the email accounts I have paid for. Despite trying everything on my end such as updating DNS and activating Google workspace email, the issue persists. The support I received directed me to create the emails myself, which is unacceptable. Despite upgrading my account, I am unable to log in now. Weebly does not recognize my username and there is an error when I try to reset my password. This complete lack of support is frustrating and unacceptable. I am unable to access my account and work on my website. This situation has pushed me to consider seeking a refund and finding a different provider. The absence of proper support is disappointing, considering the amount I have paid for these services.
