Dear Sirs,*I had opened an account with Weebly most possibly by mistake, and it's been more than a week since I have been trying to close*deactivate this account, which I don't really need at all. *I asked the Weebly support team for support in solving this issue. A week ago I was given some instructions by your support team on how to proceed for deactivating my account.*I followed them, but unfortunately the problem remains. My account is still active, and when I visit my website's dashboard this is achieved only through Weebly.cloud.**Specifically, When I try to open my website's dashboard ( I am directed to https:**www.weeblycloud.com*home*W*siteground Hosting Ltd. and then to https:**www.weeblycloud.com*editor*main.php***Last week I asked the support of your support team and got the advice to proceed as follows:**a.Go to my site dashboard **select the site name in the upper right corner.**b.Select Account Settings *Manage Account * Deactivate My Account.**c)Read the disclaimer *Deactivate.**I followed these instructions, *but in c) no disclaimer is presented nor the command to deactivate. *I am, however, guided to the Weebly cloud instead (https:*www.weebly.cloud.com*home*W*siteground Hosting Ltd) and, finally, to https:**www.weeblycloud.com*editor*main.php****Please help, because this problem interferes with my work in setting up my website through Siteground hosting (https:**www.statistiki.gr*wp-admin).**Sincerely, *Kyriacos Pillas******@***.com
