I have a Microsoft phone. I have installed & used waze on it for several years . Yesterday & today when I try to use it when I try to connect it pulls up a screen that says it cannot connect because of no internet connection to check connection & try again. *I do have internet connection -- I am sending this email from my Microsoft phone. *I uninstalled wade app & have re installed it but still get same message each time.*Please tell me what is wrong.*I like waze & have used it often and would like to solve this problem
I trust that Waze will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
