The issue in GetHuman-jotiquec's own words
I ordered an office chair on ***** since I am now working at home due to the pandemic. I was originally told the chair would arrive on ****, then told ***, and it is *** I still don't have it. I was told it was at Fed Ex waiting to be delivered. I was given the tracking number of ************* however, when I called Fed Ex, they stated they have not received it for shipping, but someone had printed a shipping label. I just want to know if I am getting the chair and when...I can't wait another * hour and ** minutes on the phone with them again just to be told it is not their issue!!! In the meantime, I have ordered a window fan a day or * after I ordered the chair, and the fan has arrived here and been installed by now. HORRIBLE customer experience...absolutely horrible!

GetHuman-jotiquec did not yet indicate what Wayfair should do to make this right.
