My order never arrived. I "tracked" the parcel every day, trying to contact Wayfair. With an automated phone greeting warning that I may be on hold over ** minutes, I hung up. Wouldn't you?**I also contacted FedEx. Wayfair's tracking system indicated it was on schedule to be delivered by **** (same message five days later), although FedEx confirmed they only had*have the label, not the item. This was for a landmark birthday and was to be delivered to a vacation home. I paid $*** for expedited shipping. We're no longer there, and I've received no communication whatsoever from Wayfair. Completely dissatisfied and awaiting a full refund, as I have canceled the order.

I canceled the order online, as I was never able to speak with a real person (other than FedEx employees, who confirmed they have not received the item--only a label.
