On ********* I was told by your representative to donate the defective QUEEN bed set(HEADBOARD AND SIDES) due to Covid and SINCE the boxes had been thrown out. We received the defective bed set the first week of April and had been waiting on the footboard to be delivered. We have been sleeping on the ground waiting for the foot board. I informed the gentleman representing your company that I wanted everything gone and could be picked up on May **,****. He instructed me to donate the items. Now I have an email to print out a form and have everything ready for pick up outside my front door for pickup and to schedule the pick up. I have taken three days off of work and at my wits end with this stupid order.*The condo is small and I do not have the luxury of waiting around for delivery services. The unusable product that we purchased has been donated as suggested by your representative and I want my money back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
