* Order * ***********We ordered and had delivered a couch that came in damages with scuff and dirt marks. We contacted customer service to arrange for a person to come out to clean and it access what can be done to correct the damage. We have been attempting to contact the original customer service rep that started to handle this. She has not returned our calls to date.*This is not what we expect from Wayfair or Birchlane.**She offers us cleaning instructions and will not attempt to clean a couch that was purchased as new.
