On **-**-**** my trash wasn't picked up I called *-***-***-**** to report it and asked for them to return the next day (Thursday) I was put on hold and when rep returned she said she had contacted driver and was told that my trash wasn't out I informed her that was not true due to trash being put out every tuesday night by me and was told trash would be picked up confirmation *******. This didn't happen and on **-**-**** I sent an e-mail stating this and on **-**-**** I called the above number again and spoke with Carmen and explained my problem again she asked if my trash can was close to my mail box I said it was placed where it is placed every Wednesday and my mailbox is to the left of it but it in no way hinders the truck and I have watched them on several occasions back down my street and the guys on the back pick can up and dump it into the truck, she then asked how much my trash weighed and was it over ** lbs and what kind of trash was in can, very puzzled my response was it was household trash and I had no idea how much it weighed but it had never come into question before and it was the same trash and weight it has always been, I was put on hold again as she spoke with someone who now said the can wasn't accessible, I disagreed and stated I had a picture I could send showing proximity of can to mailbox and road. She stated she would send an e-mail to operations manager and manager would call me conf * ******. On **-**-**** again I called and spoke with Sherry this time and once again explained my problem and gave her the previous confirmation *'s she looked them over and stated she would inform her manager and she would call local manager to get in touch with me and now she would open a case in my behalf. On **-**-**** my next scheduled pick up date is when they returned and with trash can in the same place because it was left there from the previous week for pick up after the can was emptied the young man looked toward my home as if he expected a confrontation which would never happen and I never received a called from local management or anyone else. I truly expected more courtesy from this company with my being a long time patron but it seems like loyalty doesn't count for much. when I was late with my April payment and my trash wasn't picked up on Wednesday I immediately called and stated my trash wasn't picked up today and I think I know why after looking in my checkbook and not seeing a payment (that ended an awkward silence) so can you take a payment which she did and I asked what happens next since this had never happened before, I really expected her to say they would make a special pick up but no I was told there would be a $*.** late fee and a $**.** resume service fee which I thought was high but I paid without question and since this is your policy I think the same should be applied to you for a miss pick up and you didn't have any of the added stress and aggravation that I was put through and maybe have much better communication with your customers and apply the Golden Rule:Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.
