I recently moved to a new condominium and understood that the previous tenant had gas service terminated. As such, I waited until I was closer to ready to move in to initiate my service around ** July. I just received a bill for the period from * july - ** july for *** dollars during which i was not at the unit or using any gas service. The bill is not against my account and **$ is too high for mid-summer service in an empty unit.
GetHuman934570 did not yet indicate what Washington Gas should do to make this right.
