I have been trying to sort an issue out through email with WDW but don’t seem to be able to get a satisfactory answer. It is regarding room bookings at Carribean Beach Resort and room requests because we are bringing a young person with a disability with us and need reasonable adjustments. *We are being told we cannot be guaranteed our request. We realise this bit it appears also our request is not being logged. *I would prefer to sort this out via email as we are in UK and don’t want the cost of the call to USA. I am hoping you will be able to log this request against our booking and inform CBR of our needs. This is important in order to be able to care for the disabled person appropriately. **This was the original request: **PLEASE COULD THIS BE PASSED ONTO CBR FRONT DESK OR LOGGED AGAINST OUR BOOKING REFERENCES **We are arriving on **th August and have two standard rooms booked. Booking reference: ******** and ******** booked under Brown at CBR. There are * of us and we are bringing a disabled autistic young person who requires ** hour support. We will need two rooms close together as all in the party will be sharing the caring responsibility. We would like to request rooms in Jamaica block ** if at all possible.
