I bought the Asurion protection plan when I bought my $*** LG stylo *. Recently, I dropped the phone, cracking the screen, and now pieces of it are falling out. I filed a claim for a replacement on November *th, but none of the three replacement options were the same model as my current (broken) phone, nor were any of them as good quality as mine. The email I got from the Wal-Mart Product Care Team with the instructions and information for filing the claim stated that the replacement options would be of equal or greater value. That is not true. I would like the Walmart Product Care Plan to either offer an LG stylo * or * as a replacement, reimburse me the $***, or let me pay the difference of the $*** stylo * towards the $*** stylo *.
GetHuman-rmalgass did not yet indicate what Walmart Product Care Plan should do to make this right.
