I filed a claim on June **th. I purchased a huffy electric scooter on *******. It would no longer charge, so that is why I filed the claim. Everything was going smooth with the claim. I was told the item was "to big to ship," so a shipping label was sent. I was then told to get the label scanned and I would receive my e-gift card. I got the label scanned...nothing. I contacted Asurion again and they needed a receipt, that I already saved on their website. Then they asked for proof of disposal. First of all since I was told the item was to big to ship, I let the local garbage pickup dispose of it. I dont want or need a broken scooter. I have explained all of this over and over to so many different specialists till Im sick. I am out of a scooter and money, even though I purchase the proctection plan. Asurion should do better and be ashamed.
