I sent in my broken phone on May **st. It was received on June *th. I called on the ** th and was told my replacement phone was being shipped. I called on the **st to find out why I hadn't received my phone yet to find out someone there never released the old phone so the new one could be shipped. It was done manually and new phone was supposed to ship ...again. Called on **th to find out why no phone yet to get the run around and find out the replacement phone selected is out of stock but would be in by the **th and then be shipped. Well here we are on July *nd and still no phone.
