I dropped my Straight Talk cell phone. Called Walmart Product Care Plan. I received their packaging and removed the SIM card as directed and mailed it back with proper sticker addresses with UPS on April **th ****. I have not heard from them. I would like to know when I will receive my coupon for a new cell phone. Thank you
I trust that Walmart Product Care Plan will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
