Good day,*I am writing too u to please get my refund that I requested back in Mar********, on a futon that I changed my mind on.**Order ***************Order total $***.** want refund **MAR******** Placed initial order *-went thru WalMart ordering pipeline*MAR*** Milton ON*MAR*** Mississauga ON*MAR*** Milton ON*MAR*** Mississauga ON *:**am* Saskatoon SK *:**am*MAR*** Saskatoon SK *APR** Delivered to WalMart* Returned Same day **Tracking *SSA*********Returned back to WalMart via WalMart courier thru DayRoss *APR*** Tracking *XTO********A**-***-***-******As of May********, I still have not received my refund. I have called WalMart and DayRoss Courier and they both confirmed that my Futon was returned back to WalMart. It should NEVER TAKE * WEEKS to complete a refund. I was a Store Asst Manger for * years and I would never treat a customer like this. **Every attempt I have made by talking to WalMart staff and as well as talking to many Supervisors about this situation-I never very received get a call back. **There is no reason that my fund should take this much time to complete. I am very disappointed and this will be the last time I do online business with u.**Please settle this up immediately.*Very disappointed.**Leslie Anne Keays
