My name is Tania Potts and I have an online account that I cannot access. I've tried to change my password using the reset option and when I enter the temporary password nothing happens. I have tried * different browsers, I have cleared my cookies and cache. I've tried EVERYTHING!!! I need to speak to a person asap. I contacted LiveChat yesterday and that was of no help to me. I've call your number and I have NO option to speak to a person. I need to cancel the AutoSave subscription before it goes out on Oct. **th. This so frustrating. I have tried for * days to get onto my account. My account email is *****@***.com. I need assistance asap. *Thank you*Tania Potts
