hi I have order a laptop and an xbox controller twice now and both times the order has been cancelled, however the money for both orders has been put on hold in my bank account so that's twice the money and I still have no items. I have also been charged $** holding fee. I spoke on a live chat to someone who said it may be a problem at my bank, I contacted them and they said everything should work fine, however it does not. unsure what to do as I need the money back asap
