Good morning,*My usual place for buying Kitty Litter over the years has been Walmart, purchasing the Special Kitty brand. My last purchase I noticed the box had change, so thought just change packaging but when starting to use it realized you had change the product too. It was a vey inferior product, a lot of dust and definitely did not clump. I needed littler and it is heavy for a senior to carry around so I kept using it but that was a mistake. Most off it has been thrown out and I had to buy more litter elsewhere, another of product. As much as been disappointed you have change the product, what a waste of money!*I do not have the receipt but kept the bar code when recycling the box.
