I have called the Wall Street Journal * times over the last ** days because I have not received the paper since Jan *. I have same day courier delivery. The last * issues I received however were mailed to me and then nothing. Each time the CSR has said they will fix the problem. The last * people said they escalated the issue but I still am not receiving the paper and have not received any call from the delivery people. The person I spoke with today said I should be receiving copies by mail a day late. Why should this have been switched from regular delivery and why have I not received any communication from the WSJ or subcontractors? The account * is J************. I would like this resolved and receive same day delivery as I have had for the past few years. I would like to be contacted by management with an explanation as well. Thank you.
