You idiots did not recognize my address. I am pissed as I have been a subscriber for well over ** years and pissed away an hour trying to get on line version which would not recognize my name or number address. No stores had Saturday edition what kind of **** house are you running?. To make it "right" -you have got to be kidding....how about delivering the **** paper and crediting my account for Sat edition and any others you have failed to deliver in recent days.

I spent an hour stopping at places to see if they had the paper, and pissed away another hour with you messed up on line service.

Deliver the **** paper and credit me for those I am not getting. When you can be out serviced by the LA Times and Orange County REgister you have to be incompetent to the extreme.
