I ordered a radiator on **.**.** The item is Mainstays ****W Mechanical Oil Filled Electric Radiator Heater, WSH**O*ABB, Black.*This past weekend, it stopped working properly (temperature control no longer adjusts). I just looked up the item online and it says it is returnable up to Dec. **, ****. Since this is such a short time after the expiration of the return window, I am wanting Walmart to take this defective unit back. I hardly used it during the * months I had it. Can you please help? Thank you! I spend a lot of money at Walmart year round and hope that they will honor this.

The Get Human wait time was so long, I finally picked up the phone myself and got through to Walmart and got the issue resolved. The Get Human connection finally came through, but after * hours. That was way too long for me.
