My Walmart MoneyCard has been blocked and I need to verify my identity - however, I am unable to get your system to approve my valid Lousiana state driver's license, even after using a high quality photo that came directly from a scanner. Please reach out to me and I would be happy to provide the photo in its original format for your consideration. I believe you will find that the photo itself is not the issue. It is perhaps possible that the photo ID has seen enough wear and tear to depreciate the integrity of the card from an algorithmic perspective, however, I do not believe there should be any challenge in manually verifying the identity. Can you please assist me, as I need access to my money ASAP?
